The boat works on your buttocks, thighs, hips, hamstrings, lower back, upper back and core. It is a perfect cellulite exercise with all-around benefits. Lie down on the floor with your palms facing downwards. Make a firm core, and then slowly lift your legs and upper body at the same time. Release. Repeat until you feel a burning pain in your buttocks and hamstrings.

* SQUAT

Lunges work on your buttocks, thighs, hamstrings and core and are also great exercise for balance. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Step back with one leg. Make sure you are firm in your core, so you can keep a good balance. Step forward in the starting position. Repeat exchanging your legs until you feel your legs burning.

* SIT UPS / CRUNCHES
